I sold a boat "as is" now the buyer is threatening me?

Hey I recently sold my boat. Its an 1986 bay liner, I put as is on the bill of sale just in case. Now after having the boat for two days this guy told me he took it to a marina and they said there's things wrong with it. I said im sorry u bought it knowing it was an 86. then he writes to me saying he cant find parts for it. i replied and said look a little harder its only been one day. then he writes to me and says the marina says the boat don't start. I basically summarized everything. So he bought the boat as is, decided within 2 days he did not want the boat. He is now threatening to sue me. Should I be worried. O yea he at one point emailed me and said do u swear the boat runs, i said yes i just took it out of the water last weekend. so hes trying to say i mislead him. The boat did run when i took it out of the water, and for all i know he messed something up. Any advice is greatly appreciated, i really don't want to get sued.
